We want you to be happy with your purchase, and accept most unused and unworn merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit. Please read all instructions, exceptions, and limitations below. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.
We now include a prepaid return label with all shipments (USA only). If you are unhappy with your purchase, please attach the label on the package. Packing slip is not required if our prepaid label is used for the return. If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, please include your original order # with the return or print your order confirmation email. If you created an account at checkout, you are able to print a packing slip when you log in.
We do understand that things do not fit sometimes, or you even change your mind, and we strive to be as helpful as possible in making your shopping experience the most pleasant one! In order for us to keep the shipping fast, provide you with the lowest shipping costs possible, and be fair to every customer, we ask you to please not return ineligible items below.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Items that are outside of our 14 day return period (return period starts on day of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days)
- Clearance items
- Items that appear worn or used (This includes odor, missing pieces, damaged)
- Items that are missing tags or have reattached tags in any way
- items that appear to be tampered with in any way
- Jewelry/Accessories are final sale
- Personalized or custom items
- Items missing receipts/packing slips without prior communication/authorization
- Items that are not packaged properly and safely. Items that are returned damaged.
We reserve the right to make a decision whether the item is eligible for return. If your item is not eligible for return, we are able to ship it back, as the customer's expense. All items unclaimed within 1 month will be donated.
Refunds and/or credits will be initiated and issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. This does not include bank processing time. Please allow for longer processing times around holidays. Refunds will be issued on items that were returned within the 14 day return period. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your return. A Items that are returned outside of the 14 day period, not in original condition, worn, without tags, etc. will not be returned. You will have the option to have these items returned to you.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos. Please do not return the damaged item without prior communication, as we will not be able to refund it.
All returns must be repackaged in the original packaging (protective bag) to ensure that the item is returned in the safe and original condition. Items that are returned in only a shipping bag will not be accepted. Our return label does not include insurance and damage to the items will not be our responsibility.
All returns must include the original receipt in the package. Please note that it's impossible to track and refund packages without proper paperwork attached and/or prior communication. Unrecognizable returns cannot be refunded. If you think that you sent us a return without a packing slip, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to locate it.
If you created an account at checkout, please log into your account to print a copy of order and include it with the return. Your order number can also be found in your confirmation email. If you are unable to locate any of the items, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
We are currently unable to do exchanges, as this causes confusion with payments and refunds. In case we make a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will ship the correct item for you. Please make sure to return the wrong item within the return time frame, otherwise you may be charged for all items in your possession. We want to prevent this from happening, so please make sure to contact us with any difficulties you may have.
International returns will not include a return label. Please contact us for a return authorization, and we will provide you with a return address.
