Surprise!!! It has been really tough to keep this one a secret. For a while now, we have been exploring cities and looking for another dreamy space for a Mod & Soul No. 2.

We did not just want to open another store. We wanted to be part of a cool project, surrounded by small businesses, and join a creative, growing community. We searched and searched for that same moment and vibe when we discovered our current location in the RVA Arts District.
Add water views and a beach into this mix and... yep, you got us!
So...Norfolk, get ready! We are coming for ya!

We could not be more excited to announce that we will be joining the cutest space in @seldenmarket in downtown Norfolk, VA. Opening is planned for Nov 15th, and we will keep sharing sneak peeks and updates on our insta stories.
