All orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day, or in some cases within 1 business day Monday - Saturday. If items are marked as "pre-order", they will ship on day indicated. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Store pickup option will be available at checkout on eligible items. Store pickup available items must be checked out separately from items that are available for shipping only, in order for pickup option to show at checkout.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and accept most unused and unworn merchandise for a full refund. Items purchased in store and online may be returned to our store within 15 days for a full refund. Online returns that are shipped back will be refunded minus a small return shipping fee to be calculated at point of refund.
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Clearance items, undergarments, accessories, gifts, home goods, handmade items, and jewelry are final sale.
