Shipping under $100 is a $5 flat fee.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day, or in some cases within 1 business day Monday - Saturday. If items are marked as "pre-order", they will ship on day indicated. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Store pickup is always free and available on items marked with "Pickup available at Richmond"

Store pickup is available during our business hours and usually ready within an hour.

Store pickup option will be available at checkout on eligible items. Store pickup available items must be checked out separately from items that are available for shipping only, in order for pickup option to show at checkout.

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order. For in-store pickup orders, a store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After the 15 day period, all items become final sale. All exchanges are considered final sale.

The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. The gift card will have no expiration date. Please allow for 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
